Final Report Submission

Below are the requirements for submitting a FRDC Final Report

(Note: anything submitted electronically should be emailed to frdc.programs@frdc.com.au with the project number as the ‘subject’)

  1. FRDC Final Report Checklist completed - this can be found at the end of the Final Report Standard. The FRDC Final Report Checklist should be sent through as a separate document to the final report
  2. Electronic copy of the Final Report (both word and pdf format). Where possible, the entire Final Report, including appendices, must be saved as a single file with no document security applied to the documents. Please ensure the is saved as the following (with the project number in the title): for the Final Report XXXX-XXX-DLD.pdf/.docx (e.g. 2014-001-DLD.pdf/.docx)
  3. Electronic copies of all products resulting from the project such as photos, fact sheets, publications, software, extension tools, pamphlets etc.) Electronic copies of all products resulting from the project such as photos, fact sheets, publications, software, extension tools, pamphlets etc.
  4. Please note that for long term storage, the final report must follow this format (National Archives external link).
  5. Financial acquittal, transaction list and corresponding final invoice

 

What happens to your final report?

Your final report will be available on the FRDC website. You are also able to make the Final Report available on your organisational website. On some occasions a final report may be confidential and therefore have limited release. You should contact the FRDC if the Final Report should not be made publicly available.
